Our surrogacy programs are in Tbilisi, Georgia, and Nicosia, North Cyprus and Mexico City.
What Is Surrogacy
Surrogacy is when a woman carries and delivers a child for a couple or individual that cannot conceive themselves due to medical or physical reasons.
The child born only carries genetics of the egg and sperm owner. No genetic traits pass from the surrogate to the baby.
Couples who embark on this journey are not necessarily using their own genetic material, as it can be with an egg donor.
All programs are welcome, and we will find the best to suit you and your medical background.
Why Choose Surrogacy
There are a number of reasons why individuals and couples we work with choose our surrogacy programs.
Unexplained Infertility
When couples have been trying to conceive for a long time and doctors can't pinpoint a specific reason for their infertility, it's often referred to as "unexplained infertility". This can be a frustrating and disheartening experience. Surrogacy offers a potential solution for couples facing unexplained infertility.
Secondary Infertility
Secondary infertility is when a couple who has already had a child together struggles to conceive another. Surrogacy can allow couples to expand their family.
Asherman Syndrome
This occurs when there is scar tissue inside the uterus, which can make it difficult to conceive. Surrogacy provides a viable alternative, since the surrogate's uterus
would be unaffected.

Surrogate Preparation
Our doctor conducts a full medical and gynaecological examination. All surrogates will speak with a counsellor before they start the process and only then will a surrogate be confirmed to start the process for you. Once all conditions are perfect only then will the doctor prepare the surrogate’s uterus for embryo transfer. The surrogate’s treatment is planned in conjunction with their menstrual cycle, to prepare for pregnancy with the correct medication protocol.
Legalisation
We have a specialised team who prepare all legalised contracts between the clinic and intended parents and the legal contract between intended parents, surrogate, and egg donor (if applicable). This document will be notarised in English and Georgian language and in Mexico will be Spanish and English language. Intended parents for Cyprus or Georgia will require a power of attorney document which can be completed in your home country and sent.
Under Georgian Law the surrogate holds no rights to the child born via surrogacy and in addition the birth certificate will only name the intended parents as biological parents, there is no mention of surrogate or egg donor.
In Cyprus, the surrogates name will appear on the birth certificate with the father. This is accepted in countries such as the UK.
Under Mexican Law, the surrogate will appear on the initial documentation, however in early pregnancy, a court judgement will be required to remove the surrogates name from the birth ceritificate and be replaced with the couples, Mother(s) or Father(s). This process will commence in pregnancy and complete after the birth.
Surrogacy Steps
STEP 1
CREATION OF EMBRYOS
The creation can be a self-own egg cycle or egg donor cycle, once we have your embryos these will be cryopreserved for when your surrogate is medically prepared for embryo transfer.
STEP 2
SURROGATE CHOICE
Our doctor will identify the best suited candidates following the extensive testing, blood analysis and gynaecological examinations. Only then you will be matched with your surrogate, and we will start medical preparations.
STEP 3
PREGNANCY CARE
After 10-12 days your surrogate will perform a blood HCG to determine pregnancy. All the surrogate’s ultrasounds (via video) and checks are shared with you for the full pregnancy term.
STEP 4
TIME OF BIRTH
When the time comes for your baby’s arrival, in most cases the birth is via c-section in which case you can arrive in country approximately 2 days before the birth. In the case of natural birth we advise to be in country approximately one week before the birth date.
STEP 5
EXIT AFTER BIRTH
Once the birth certificate is issued, we can start to gather all documents needed for your exit which you will have full support with.
