This page outlines the general terms for using our services. Please note that specific details will be outlined in a separate Agreement that you will sign when moving forward with a surrogacy program.

 

Our Services - At Little Embryos, we are dedicated to guiding and supporting you throughout your surrogacy journey. We offer a comprehensive suite of services, including:

  • Surrogacy Coordination: We assist in selecting and matching surrogate mothers, helping to manage the entire surrogacy agreement process, and ensuring access to the necessary medical care for the surrogate.
  • Legal Assistance: Our team supports you with legal documentation, helping secure parental rights and obtain birth certificates following the birth of your child.
  • Egg Donor Matching: For programs involving egg donors, we work closely with medical professionals to facilitate matching, medical screenings, and fertility procedures.
  • Medical Coordination: We coordinate with licensed clinics to manage IVF treatments, and embryo transfers, and monitor the progress of your surrogacy journey in partnership with experienced medical professionals.
  • Aftercare Support: Our service doesn’t stop at the birth of your child. We offer ongoing support and aftercare, ensuring all your post-birth needs are met, including helping with documentation for embassies or consulates if needed.
  • International Surrogacy Programs: We offer surrogacy services in Tbilisi, Georgia, and Northern Cyprus, providing local expertise and coordination to ensure your surrogacy journey is smooth and compliant with local laws.

 

Payment Structure – Please note this is a general contract term and each case will differ depending on the program that will be agreed upon individually with Little Embryos.

 

Our payment plan follows a clear, step-by-step process that aligns with each stage of your surrogacy journey. Payments will be due at the following milestones:

  1. Initial Consultation Fee: Payable upon signing the Agreement, covering your consultation and the matching process.
  2. Program Commitment Fee: Payable once you've selected a surrogacy program and before the surrogate matching begins.
  3. Medical and Legal Coordination Fees: Due before medical procedures such as IVF and legal contract finalization.
  4. Pregnancy Confirmation Fee: Payable upon successful embryo transfer and pregnancy confirmation.
  5. Childbirth and Aftercare Fees: Due towards the final stages of pregnancy and after the birth, covering birth coordination, documentation, and aftercare services.

 

Each stage of the payment process will be clearly outlined in your Agreement to ensure transparency and understanding.

 

Assumption of Risk - We understand that surrogacy involves medical, financial, and emotional challenges. By entering into an Agreement with Little Embryos, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks associated with the surrogacy process, including the possibility of multiple pregnancies, pregnancy complications, and postpartum issues. You also agree to assume full parental responsibility for the child regardless of health conditions, gender, or physical and mental circumstances.

 

While we coordinate with clinics and legal professionals to provide the best care possible, we cannot guarantee the outcome of medical procedures, the health of the child, or the behaviour of third parties involved.

 

Rights and Obligations

 

As a Client, You Have the Right To:

  • Receive detailed information about our services before entering into an Agreement.
  • Understand the costs associated with the chosen surrogacy program.
  • Be informed of any risks, possible complications, and legal requirements.
  • Confidentiality concerning your personal information and health records.

As a Client, You Are Obliged To:

  • Make timely payments as per the payment structure.
  • Provide accurate documents and medical information as required.
  • Comply with any legal or medical procedures necessary for your surrogacy journey.
  • Accept full parental responsibility for the child upon birth.

Little Embryos Is Obliged To:

  • Provide high-quality surrogacy coordination services.
  • Keep you informed at every stage of the process.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your personal information.
  • Assist with any legal documentation and aftercare support as needed.

All medical procedures and treatments are carried out by licensed professionals at partner clinics. The Company cannot guarantee the success of medical treatments or the outcome of any pregnancy.

For surrogacy services in Tbilisi, Georgia, and Northern Cyprus, we act as a liaison between intended parents and local clinics. While we work with trusted partners, we are not liable for the performance of third-party clinics or doctors.

 

Changes to Terms - Little Embryos reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the new terms will become effective once a new Agreement is signed.
