Egg donation is a process where a woman (the donor) donates her eggs to help another woman (the recipient) conceive a child. Individuals or couples use egg donation because cannot conceive due to various medical reasons.

How long will I be in Cyprus for my embryo transfer?
Depending on if you are doing a fresh transfer or frozen transfer. For frozen 2-3 days and for fresh around one week. Your clinic coordinator will discuss this with you.
Do I have direct contact with the clinic coordinator?
Yes once we have planned your program you will have a clinic coordinator who will look after you and you can WhatsApp to keep in touch.
Which Language is spoken?
In North Cyprus mostly Turkish language however English is widely spoken and all clinics will speak English.
How do I prepare for egg donation abroad?
Our clinic coordinator will discuss test results, protocols and travel.
How many embryos can I transfer?
Up to two embryos
Can we do PGT-A testing?
Yes, but we will need to know this in advance, and this will be an extra cost. It is not needed in most cases using donor eggs if the male does not have a known genetic disorder.
What happens after the egg donation procedure?
After the procedure, the clinic will monitor the recipient for any immediate health concerns. We advise to have one day rest before travelling home to the UK. You will perform a pregnancy test 12-14 days after and after the positive test you will then need to book a private scan at 6-7 weeks and be monitored under the NHS for further scans.

Is surrogacy legal?
As of 2024, surrogacy laws in Mexico City allow foreigners to engage in surrogacy, making it a relatively accessible destination for international intended parents. Surrogacy is legal in Mexico City under certain conditions, and the process is available to a variety of family types, including heterosexual couples, same-sex couples, and single parents.

What are the legal rights of the intended parents?
Intended parents can secure a birth certificate for the baby and obtain a citizenship passport. A court judgment is required to remove the surrogate's name, which can take 2 to 4 months. This will be submitted when the surrogate has a confirmed viable pregnancy and be ready for the time of birth. The birth certificate will be in the name of the intended parent(s) after birth.
What is the process for obtaining a birth certificate and passport for the baby?
After the birth, we will assist with registering the birth and obtaining a birth certificate, we will assist you with all documents needed for the passport.
All documents will need translation and notarisation this will be at an additional cost.
How much does surrogacy cost?
The cost of surrogacy can range, depending on which program you choose.
What is included in the surrogacy package?
Surrogacy packages in Mexico include:

Surrogacy In Tbilisi, Georgia and Nicosia, North Cyprus
Is surrogacy legal?
Yes, surrogacy is legal in both countries, each has clear laws that support both surrogacy and the rights of the intended parents. Georgia is one of the few countries where commercial surrogacy is legally permitted.
Who is eligible for surrogacy in Georgia and Cyprus?
Surrogacy in Georgia is legally available to only heterosexual couples who are married for at least one year or couples that can provide proof of their one-year relationship.
Cyprus can accommodate heterosexual, single individuals and same-sex couples.

What are the legal rights of the intended parents?
Under Georgian law, the intended parents are recognized as the legal parents of the child(ren) from the moment of conception. The surrogate has no parental rights, and the names of the intended parents are registered on the birth certificate immediately after birth. When returning to the UK a parental order will still be acquired to have full parental responsibility under the UK law.
Under North Cyprus Law, the surrogate and father are registered on the birth certificate and once you return to the UK the parental order will be granted giving full parental rights to the parents and a new UK birth certificate will be issued with both parent’s names. The surrogate will then have all responsibility removed.
What is the process for obtaining a birth certificate and passport for the baby?
After the birth, we will assist with registering the birth and obtaining a Georgian or North Cyprus birth certificate, we will assist you with all documents needed for the UK passport.
All documents will need translation and notarisation this will be at an additional cost. In Georgia you will submit to the TLS centre in Tbilisi and in Cyprus you will send documents direct to HMPO in London.
The HMPO will then assess all the documents provided ask for any additional if needed and process the passport that will be sent to either Georgia or Cyprus. Approximate time after birth for HMPO to process the passport is between 8-15 weeks.
